Paa is the Head of Chambers at Techné Chambers. He is a Harvard-trained lawyer with several years' experience advising and representing clients in corporate and commercial law, business litigation, and white-collar criminal defence.
Selected experience
- Represented clients in disputes at all levels of the Superior Courts of Judicature: the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court.
- Advised multiple boards of directors as company secretary in mining, agriculture, hospitality, and international organisations.
- Advised the National Communications Authority on the design and implementation of the Dispute Resolution Committee under the Electronic Communications Act, 2008 (Act 775).
- Advised a high net-worth private investor on a contractual joint venture in a public-private partnership transportation project.
- Advised a major hospitality company on the design and execution of a staff loan policy for management.
